-  Proxy Form (needed ONLY if you are sending a representative NOT named in your membership application to attend the AGM).

-  Summary of Nomination of Council Members for the next term from the 6 Constituent Associations.

A Dinner Gathering is arranged to be held right after the AGM.  All members are welcome to join the dinner, HK$600 per person will be charged to cover the dinner cost.  Interested members, please fill in and return the attached Reply Slip to us by email (admin@hkfemc.org) or fax (2519 0298) on or before 30 September 2021. Seats are limited, first come first reserved.

(Please NOTE : Regarding dinner, the venue is type D, 12 persons per a table, all attending guests are required to use “LeaveHomeSafe”, and over 2/3 of participants are required to have at least received the 1^st dose of COVID-19 vaccine prior to attending the event. As per request, a list of COVID-19 Vaccination Status of participant(s) has to provided to HKFEMC Secretariat by 5 October 2021.)
